This policy applies to all purchases made through bamboocoolusa.shop. Please read carefully before requesting a return or refund.

24 Hours Cancellation

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

30 Days Returns & Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after delivery of your order to return an item.

After 30 days from the delivery date, we will no longer accept returns.

Refund Process & Return Conditions

To request a return, please email us at: customer@bamboocoolusa.shop. We will respond within 24 hours after receiving your email (except weekends).

If the return is due to a quality issue, please provide your order number and attach clear photos of the items showing the problem.

After we receive your returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Return Conditions

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Any promotional gifts must be returned with your item
  • All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging
  • Your return must be shipped within the given timeframe (3-12 working days)
  • You must provide the tracking number and receipt after returning the item
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).

Full Refund Eligibility

bamboocoolusa.shop covers return shipping costs and replacement fees in these cases:

  • Product quality problems (defective/damaged items)
  • Wrong item(s) shipped
  • Product lost during transportation
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take 5 working days)
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at customer@bamboocoolusa.shop
Important Notes
  • Products returned due to discrepancies in description will not incur any fees
  • All costs (including shipping) caused by quality problems are covered by us
  • Sale items are only eligible for exchange (conditions apply)
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned
